Staying Centred
With the recent resignation of Canada’s Prime Minister, and the immediate bullying threat of the US President to ‘annex’ Canada, it is vital that citizens on both sides of the border stay centred.
A primary tactic of bullies is to incite fear – fear in general, or fear in them. When individuals fall prey to this tactic, fear weakens them. In this way, the bullies literally steal their power.
No one has your, my, or our power unless we give it to them.
Staying centred retains, maintains, and augments our power.
This is a time on planet Earth for clarity, cooperation, compassion, and learning how to stay centred in our own inherent power – our life force – rather than succumbing to the bully tactics of a few.
David Hawkins’ ’17 Levels of Consciousness’ – first illustrated in his book ‘Power vs Force’ – shows us clearly that fear is weaker in terms of energy than is courage, neutrality, or love.
I guide clients into real-time recognition of the ’17 Levels of Consciousness’ in their own lives – in coaching sessions, group sessions, and in several of my books – including ‘The Healing Power of Anger – A Handbook for Humans of All Ages’.
Find your centre. Augment your energy. Claim it. Don’t give it away. In this way, we all become leaders. And together, we can make this world – truly – a better and more respectful place for all.
